Removed Comicon from the list, but I'm thinking this should still be enough.  I'm applying for a summer job so I don't think I'll have endless amounts of time to prepare for conventions this summer.  Haha. Already freaking out over Anime North!

I have added more cons to my 2011 list, but it's not even the middle of 2010 yet, so I'm not going to post any of that until the new year :P

Not entirely drawing related, but it is design related!  I've been hired to create a website for the Twelve Mile Bay Members Association, so I thought I'd post a little progress.  I believe I'm not responsible for coming up with copy, hence why the website looks a little empty in it's WIP state!  I also don't have the hosting set up just yet (it's coming!), but for now, here's a preview of what I've got so far.  My main mission today was to take a mockup I put together of the layout in photoshop into ACTUAL working code.

A quick post.  I've been thinking about how to use LJ efficiently for this artblog, specifically privacy issues, and I realize that when people add me to their friends list, I can view their journals.  Now, as long as you guys are okay with it, then that's fine, but for those who would rather keep their journals private, I'm thinking the tracking option will work better instead.  I believe it sends notifications to your LJ inbox whenever I update.  So I think that's how I'm going to advertise this journal from now on. :)  

I definitely won't be offended if people switch from friend to tracker.  I'm glad that people are starting to take interest in this journal, so it doesn't matter to me :)  Just do what you prefer!

• Otakuthon 2010 (August 13-15, Palais Des Congres De Montréal)
• Fan Expo 2010 (August 27-29, Metro Toronto Convention Center)
• December Toronto Anime Con 2010 (TBA, Metro Toronto Convention Center

Might add or remove conventions from the list.  It really depends on timing and how each convention fits into my schedule.

Gotta get started on some art now, as soon as I get home from class!

Here are a few images I'm transferring from my old blog.  The Amy project is obviously done, the Morrigan one isn't yet.  I've decided to pick it up again, so I think I'll start poking at it sooner or later.  Also, sneak peek at how my doggie project is coming along!
